Privacy notice
Draft for attorney review. Effective once the site goes live.
Who receives your answers
Grove and Associates PLC and the other law firms working on your kind of case. Our intake system (a customer-relationship database operated for the firm) stores the record. Nobody else.
The full social media case questionnaire is hosted by Jotform, a form service, rather than on this website. What you enter there, including information about your child’s health and treatment, goes to Grove and Associates PLC and the law firms we work with on these cases, to evaluate a possible claim. It is kept confidential, is not used for marketing, and is not shared with the social media companies or anyone else except as needed to pursue a claim you authorize or as the law requires.
If you use the chat on this site, the chat service (operated for the firm through our intake system) records your name, phone number and messages so our team can reply. Please don’t share medical details in chat.
What we collect
- Your name, phone and, if you give it, email.
- The kind of case, the state, the child’s age, and your yes/no answers.
- Health and safety categories (for example “depression” or “sextortion”) only if you tick the consent box. We don’t ask for names of doctors, records, messages or the child’s name on the website.
- The page you came from and campaign tags in the web address, to know which notices reach families.
What we don’t do
- No advertising pixels or trackers run on this site.
- We never sell or share your answers, and never use health answers for advertising.
- We don’t text you unless you tick the texting box.
Your health information
Some states, including Washington (My Health My Data Act), Nevada and Connecticut, give you specific rights over health information. You can ask what we hold, ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent by calling 313.733.1204 or writing to Grove and Associates PLC, 36700 Woodward Ave., Suite 107, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304. Information we must keep for a legal matter is kept as the law and professional rules require.
Confidentiality
What you tell us to get legal advice is treated as confidential, even before you hire anyone.
